So yesterday evening they had the first open house at Lastad Byagård, the place I´m selling. Apparently there were more than 30 potential buyers there which is a lot. Today we are hoping for some bids to come in, then the ball should start rolling.
The weird feeling is the one I’m feeling now, while waiting for something to happen. Waiting for the realtor to call. Waiting for bids to start dropping in. Waiting and hoping it will take off and make me some good money.
