It’s been a while since my last post, so I figured it was about time I wrote a little something about what I’m up to at the moment.
First and foremost, my book. It’s been a massive task and I have spent the better part of the last two years either thinking about it or working on it. The next step when it comes with the book is a smaller book I will use as a reader magnet. A nice little read that I will be giving away for free in order to attract readers. I hope to be able to launch that free read during the next 30 days. When the document has been released we are looking at another 30 days or so before going ahead and releasing the big book. My book with the title “INVESTING FOR FREEDOM – Building wealth one house at a time”. I am very excited about this to say the least.
Besides the book there is another major project going on. I have started a new business where me and a buddy of mine are selling tiny houses back in Sweden. We have a factory in Riga, Latvia that produces them and a shipping company that transports them completely assembled. It’s a really fun and interesting business and we are hoping to grow it significantly the next few years. Learn more on our homepage, www.AttefallsFabrik.se
As for our rental properties, they are all doing well at the moment. Both the ones in Sweden and the ones in Florida. We have found some good people to work with and everything is working great at the moment (knock on wood).
Then there is our own home. We bought a really nice 100 year old house on Floridas west coast and we love it. We love the house, we love the area and we love our garden. Owning a big old house in Florida comes with a bit of work, as does the pool, the guesthouse and the big lot, but it’s all totally worth it! We have rented our guesthouse on Air BnB over the winter and that worked out great. So great we almost get to live in our new little mansion for free. I really enjoy that.
Next on our agenda is a few months in Sweden where we will be working hard getting the new sales company of the ground. If any of you need a tiny house, or know off anyone who needs a tiny house, email me! In Swedish, these houses are called Attefallshus or Fritidshus.
