Or small five..? They are actually pretty small. 5 houses/ 6 units ranging from 500 to 1100 square feet. Really happy about them and the area they are in. It feels great to go in with the ambition of buying up pretty much a whole town. The focus right now is on buying up the worst places along the main street and make them nice. When done the ambition is to develop a piece of land on the Mexican gulf. Ten to twenty apartments, a restaurant and some shops. I love this project!
ps. Sorry for the bad photos. And the bad photo/ video quality in general the last few months. I’ll bring my big camera next time around and see if I can produce some more quality content.
