Open House means that realtors keep most of their objects open and available for potential buyers. And I love that.
Me and my buddy have spent several of our sundays just driving around looking at tons of nice properties.
The one in the picture was a 15 million dollar villa at the cove in La Jolla. Really liked the view from their terrace. Could spend days there just watching the ocean where you can see dolphins, great whales and sealions swimming by. Pretty cool!
