As I mentioned the other day I’m working on buying a property that I really want. As most people are on holiday in Sweden, getting ahead is tough. But I like the challenge. Yesterday I finally got hold of the actual seller who met up at and showed me around. The 6 unit commercial building could be a great buy if we come to an agreement. I left an offer that was pretty aggressive. Both the seller and I know this property is worth a bit more, but it’s still “good enough” to be worth considering. As of right now I’m eagerly awaiting a response that helps us move on and close this.
Today is another very rainy day here in southern Sweden :( Looks like it’s going to clear up later on, so all good though. Allows me to spend a few hours working on my computer without feeling bad about missing out on the sun.
