So this real estate developing friend of mine and I went to Denmark the other day with two things on the agenda. Lunch with some relatives of mine who has a big commercial property in central Copenhagen that we wouldn’t mind buying and then a visit to one of his sites. I love driving around with him like that because there’s nothing more motivating for me than seeing him build 85 beautiful apartments in Denmark and another few hundred in Sweden in a year. The only conclusion I can make of it is that I should be able to build at least one. He is truly great inspiration.
