330 acres will turn into an outdoor shopping mall, movie theater and an 800-home community on the former Mitchell Ranch property at Little Road and State Road 54.
The Mitchell family owns the family today and have done so for a few generations. The son, Dewey Mitchell is the mastermind behind this and I have had the honor to meet him. He even stopped by our wedding reception. He is a really cool guy. As humble as they get and I know he does a ton for the community which is admirable. Oh, and forgot to mention. He also runs a real estate office with some 600 realtors!!!
