Drottningholm is one of our king’s palaces. I think he has five or ten and I love him for it. We do spend a bit of tax money on keeping it all in order, but the royalties are great PR for Sweden. They are much better ambassadors than all the useless politicians that are coming and going.
The place above is called Drottningholm and has looked pretty much the same way since 1664. There was a castle built in the 1500’s but a fire destroyed it and this new palace was built. I think it looks amazing and I love how you can get there by taking a quick boat ride from downtown Stockholm.
