It’s all about the location. Or is it? I mean. Let’s say you could get your hands on something like this:

Compare it to the real estate down here. You only need one apartment leased 6 months a year and that would be enough to make the same return you would on the average house down here.
The problem for us here in Sweden is the weather and taxes. It costs too much to keep a house like the one above up and running.
You could probably find something that could work in Arizona, Spain or so??
