I love house hunting! Found something pretty interesting today. Might be a good project if I can get hold of it without paying too much.
My plan is to find one or a few houses that are pretty runned down and fix em up. Spending money on remodeling can be deducted from some of the profits I made last year. That way I avoid excessive taxes.
