You would think most of downtown developments should be done by now, but no! Look at the photos below. There is still empty land. And when they are done with that land there is more. All the old warehouses can be taken down. Smaller houses can be built bigger.
I want to be a part of downtown development. And I will. Not sure if it will be in Tampa or Stockholm, but either way I am going to be a part of something big. Because it inspires me. I love the simplicity of developing in densely populated areas. It’s so easy to get a good idea of prices thanks to the amount of deals going on.
