I made a Real Estate Inspired Video while testing my new Tokina lens.
The equipment is getting better and better. Sadly, my filming and editing skills aren’t quite keeping up. But I still love trying to be creative, even though I’m not as gifted as I want to be. Still. Room for improvement makes for nice challenges :)

The video above was shot in Port Richey, Florida. It’s a pretty run down area with lot’s of abandoned properties and foreclosures. The big recession in 2008 hit really hard all over Florida and it becomes very apparent in some areas, like this one.
Still. A mess like this creates room for new opportunities. Hence my real estate inspired video with some stories on how profits can be found everywhere. Even in places like this.
What is most striking to me is the massive amounts of abandoned commercial properties. (more…)

Multinationall business through Skype
I can do business in Sweden while taking a walk in Florida. Thank you Niklas Zennström, Skype is awesome!!
I looked through some photos my friend took the other day as we were out on a walk. The call was from one of my investors back home and we discussed some upcoming projects. Felt great to make sure we were still making progress in Sweden without having to be there. I tend to take so much for granted, but sometimes, like now, it just hits me how grateful I am for innovations. I have always wanted a “multinational” life and that would have been so hard to accomplish without stuff like Skype, internet banking, e-mails etc. Now, thanks to technology, I can run my Swedish business while in the USA and my American business while in Sweden without any interruptions. It’s great! Multinationall business is great!
