Business mindset is very much like the right mindset for golf.
The one big thing is to always stay motivated, optimistic and confident about what you are doing. You need to believe in your own abilities even if times are tough and things aren’t going your way. You must believe you can do it. When you play golf, believing your shot will be perfect is the only way to get it right. If you start doubting it will go well, you soon find yourself in the rough. Business is similar. Things might look tough but if you believe you will make it to where you want to go, you very likely will!
