The second day of my bicycle trip took me through central Florida. It’s pretty nice in there. Lot’s of fields and cattle. Some pine forest and swamps. And some nice places. Like Mount Dora where I spent the night.
It was biking around, eating strawberries and drinking coffee. Proper good time. The only bummer was lunch. I came across a river where there was a nice restaurant on the water. Outside was a big sign saying “The best Catfish on the river!”. So I ordered catfish. While waiting to be served I remembered hearing that catfish is the vacuum cleaner of the waters. Turns out it tastes like that too.. And the river. Not a clean one! Other than that, all good :)
