Best thing ever, walking 10 000 steps a day. The funny thing is that it helps me just as much mentally as physically. I don’t know of any better way to make time for thinking and daydreaming. It’s perfect! Celebrating a year of steps today on the 23rd of November. Pretty epic.

It’s also easier than ever since a friend gave me a FitBit. Makes walking, running, the gym and the recovery more fun.
